Ingredients

  • 2 pcs moist chocolate cake, store-bought, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup all-purpose cream, chilled and whipped
  • 1 can DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail (432 g), drained; reserve syrup
  • 2 pcs mamon, store-bought, cut in half lengthwise

Directions

    Make cake rounds by cutting the cake slices using a cookie cutter or a knife. (120 sec)

    Place one cake slice at the bottom of the glass container and add 2 teaspoons of the reserved fruit cocktail syrup. (120 sec)

  3. 3.

    Add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream, then add 2 tablespoons of DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. (240 sec)

  4. 4.

    Repeat the layers until the container is full, alternating between the mamon and chocolate cake. Cover and chill. (240 sec)
