Ingredients

  • 1 cup yema, chopped
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • 2 packs all-purpose cream (250 ml), chilled and whipped
  • 12 pcs graham crackers
  • 1 can DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail (836 g), drained
  • 1/4 cup yema, chopped, optional

Directions

  1. 1.

    Melt the yema and all-purpose cream in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Set aside to cool. (600 sec)

    Combine the whipped all-purpose cream and yema mixture. Set aside. (120 sec)

  3. 3.

    Place the graham crackers to cover the bottom of an 8 × 8-inch pan. (120 sec)

  4. 4.

    Spread half of the yema cream over the graham cracker layer. Add a layer of DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail using half of the can. Place another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining yema cream. Top with the remaining DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. Garnish with chopped yema, if desired. (300 sec)
