Ingredients
- 500 g pork, pata front, cut up
- 3 cups water
- 1 pack DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Kare-Kare Mix (50 g)
- 1 cup eggplant, sliced
- 1/2 cup sitaw/yardlong beans, cut into 3-inch-long pieces
- 3/4 cup pechay Tagalog
- 1/4 cup bagoong alamang

Boil pata in enough water for 10 minutes. Drain and discard the broth. (600 sec)

Add 3 cups water to the pata. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender. (2100 sec)

When the meat is tender, transfer it into a bowl. Retain only 1 1/2 cups broth in the pan. Add DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Kare-Kare Mix and vegetables except pechay. Simmer for 5 minutes. (300 sec)

Add pechay. Simmer for 3 minutes, then add back the meat. Serve with sautéed bagoong alamang. (300 sec)
