This Fruitamisu is made of layers of coffee-soaked mocha mamon paired with a smooth cream cheese filling, then topped with DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail for a refreshing burst of fruit in every bite. Finished with cocoa powder, this creamy dessert perfectly balances sweet, fruity, and coffee-chocolate flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar, powdered, sifted
  • 1 cup all-purpose cream
  • 2 tbsp coffee, instant
  • 2 tbsp sugar, white
  • 1 cup water, hot
  • 6 pcs mamon, mocha, sliced in half horizontally
  • 1 can DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail (432 g), drained, reserve syrup
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Directions

    Using a wooden spoon, beat the cream cheese until spreadable. Gradually add the powdered sugar. Add the all-purpose cream and mix until smooth. Set aside. (1200 sec)

    Dissolve the coffee and sugar in hot water. Then set aside. (120 sec)

  3. 3.

    Dip each slice of mamon in the dissolved coffee mixture. Place half of the mamon in a glass. Top with 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture and DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. Top with the remaining half of the mamon. Chill until ready to serve. (600 sec)

  4. 4.

    Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving. (60 sec)
