  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar, White
  • Reserved Pineapple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Can Luncheon Meat, Spam, Regular (340g), Cut Into Cubes
  • 1 Pouch DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits (200g), Drained, Reserve Syrup
  • 1/2 Tsp Sesame Seeds, Toasted
  • 1 Tbsp Leeks, Sliced Thinly

Directions

  1. 1.

    Heat butter in a pan. Add the garlic and sauté until lightly golden. Add the soy sauce, honey, sugar, reserved pineapple syrup, and water. Simmer for 2 minutes. (300secs)

  2. 2.

    Add the luncheon meat and DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits then simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. (120secs)

  3. 3.

    Garnish with sesame seeds and leeks. (60secs)
